When we planned on going to the zoo with the Nickols family in the fall, we never imagined that we would be sweating and on the verge of heat exhaustion. It was odd and just not right walking around the zoo sweating that much with the trees beginning to change color. Despite the heat we all had a GREAT time! Sammy had never been to a zoo before so it was fun to watch his reaction when he saw the different animals. We think the biggest winners with Sammy were the polar bears, merry go round, and the hippos. In the spring we hope to go back again, but hope the weather is more tolerable!

Man, you Tennants are always going SOMEWHERE!!! It's never boring with you party people is it?? I'm thrilled to hear that Mia is starting to walk. AP is nowhere near it on the eve of her first b-day. She has started standing alone for a second or two. It's been CRAZY here lately. I'll give you a call next week and fill you in!
