Thomas & his friends

Clickety clack...Thomas goes down the track

In April we made our annual trip to Greenfield Village to see Thomas the Tank Engine. We weren't going to go this year but at the last second a friend had extra free tickets. The weather was in the 80s and we FINALLY got to see Thomas with NO RAIN (it was in the 50s and raining the other times we saw him). Ethan & Mia besides loving Thomas enjoyed a ride on the pedal cars. We rode the merry go round then had dinner. It was such a fun way to spend a warm sunny spring afternoon!

Spring Fun

Mia & her plumber's crack

Mia on the phone with Daddy

While the thermometer still hadn't broken 60 degrees, we had cabin fever and needed to get outside. Ethan had been waiting all year to play with his buckets of water. Mia joined him and had herself a spring tea party. There was still coolness in the air so our water fun didn't last long, but being outside felt so refreshing!

Easter 2009

Mia with her new princess books

Ethan checking his Haunted Mansion out

Can you tell how much someone like his Haunted Mansion?

Yeah Easter Candy!!!!!!!!!!

Steve had to work on Easter so our celebration was small. After church Amy, Ethan & Mia went to Amy's parents house. There Ethan & Mia hunted for their baskets. Somehow the Easter bunny found Ethan a haunted mansion (his favorite ride at Disney) and Disney cars. Mia got princess books and Disney My Little Ponies in her basket. After work, Steve was able to join us for dinner and join in our egg hunt. It was "egg-stra" special:)

Mia and her Coat

A coworker of Steve's found this coat for Mia. I think it is the cutest little coat..and Mia loves wearing it. We came home from church and had an impromptu photo shoot. Ethan had to sneak in a few pictures. Thanks Debbie, Mia & her Momma love her coat!!
